By using the BRQ website or requesting our electrical contracting and meter maintenance services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Scope of Services
BRQ provides services including but not limited to:
- Electrical works and installations
- Electric meter maintenance
- Preventive and emergency maintenance
- Annual maintenance contracts for facilities
Maintenance Contracts
Maintenance contracts are governed by the approved proposal and typically include:
- Scheduled periodic visits.
- Emergency response within agreed SLA windows.
- Periodic technical status reports.
Any additional work outside the contract scope requires written or electronic client approval.
Client Obligations
Clients must provide safe site access, accurate facility and electrical system information, and comply with safety instructions during execution.
Legal Liability
BRQ performs services with professional diligence per approved standards. We are not liable for damages caused by facility misuse, unauthorized system modifications, or force majeure events beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All website content (text, logos, images) is owned by BRQ and may not be copied or reused without prior permission.
Termination
Either party may terminate agreements per contract terms, with settlement for work completed up to the termination date.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably, then through competent authorities when necessary.
